Learning Path, LLC was founded in 2005 with a single mission: to help people grow and help create more equitable workplaces. Alicia Newton, now Alicia Newton-Hardnett is the Founder and Chief Encourager at Learning Path. Helping equip, empower, affirm and support clients and course participants to skillfully meet the challenges of inclusive leadership is her purpose and passion. Learner-centric design is central to all curriculum. Some call her the "Course Whisperer."
Alicia is a Speaker, Master Facilitator and Certified Diversity and Inclusion Master Trainer and a trusted Consultant. Alicia has served in the capacity of L&D and ID&E consultant, strategist, speaker, facilitator, instructional designer and coach to leaders for over two decades.
Alicia hold a Masters Degree in information and learning technology from the University of Colorado, Denver and Communications Bachelor's from Kennesaw State University.

She has helped organizations across industry reach their learning and development goals. Cox, Communications, The Home Depot, Meta, AWS, Fortive, Vontier, Chik-fil-A, Alliant Energy, Sweetrush, and the U.S. federal government are just some of the organizations Alicia has helped develop and deploy allyship, anti-racism, diversity, equity and inclusion pathways and build inclusive leadership competencies.

Described by her clients as warm, insightful, and empathetic, Barbara has been in the field of Leadership Development for over 20 years. She finds great joy in helping clients learn to be the best versions of themselves through her organization, Leadership Growth Partners (LGP).
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Barbara is
a long-time Atlantan with a heart for this community and its diversity. She is involved with Love Not Lost, Atlanta Initiative Against Anti-Semitism (AIAAS), and Conscious Capitalism

Chris’ newest venture Kisley & Wild, LLC (K&W) launched in the summer of 2019. K&W serves a variety of industries and audiences, from startups to the Fortune 500, both domestically and internationally. She provides services in the areas of growth strategy, purpose and culture, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
