About the event
The work of inclusion and inclusive leadership will require something from you. This course helps participants approach the work from an empowered place anchored in their personal values, emotional intelligence and courage. Â
Workshop Goals:
- Practice mindfulness to increase your abiliyt to be present, to reflect, increase resilience, and resourcefulness
- Use a framework to assess how well you know yourself vs. how well you understand how others see you
- Identify your core values and use them as an anchor for the work of inclusion.
